Where a processor operates servers outside the EU/EEA, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or another transfer mechanism recognised under Chapter V GDPR.
The Dialect Atlas apps
The Dialect Atlas mobile apps (Persian, Arabic, Kurdish, Romanes and others) are designed offline-first. They do not require an account and do not send your learning activity, vocabulary or progress to us. App store distribution and crash reporting are handled by the respective platform (Apple App Store, Google Play). Their privacy practices apply to that distribution channel.
